Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your DailyDo account and all data linked to it at any time.

Delete from within the app

  1. Open DailyDo and log in to your account.
  2. Switch to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
  3. Tap Delete My Account.
  4. Enter your password to confirm, then confirm the action.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

If you can't access the app

Email us from your account's registered email address with "Account deletion request" in the subject line. Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest and we will email you the result.

Data that is deleted

This data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Information kept only on your device, such as theme, language and reminder settings, is removed when you uninstall the app.

Data that is retained

No data is retained after your account is deleted.

Deleting data only

If you want to keep your account but delete your tasks, open a task and tap Delete, or use Profile → Clear All Tasks to remove all of them.
